• On Wednesday, March 25, State Superintendent of Education Dr. Karen Salmon announced that all Maryland public schools will remain closed through Friday, April 24.
    Picking up meals, digital devices and instructional materials for distance learning is permitted under Gov. Hogan's stay-at-home order (Sect IIb(iv)).

    Special Education - Early Childhood (Birth to 5)

    Early Childhood Special Education Programs provides services for children Birth to 5 (prior to kindergarten). 

    The Infants and Toddlers Program provides services for families of children who are birth to 3 years of age with developmental delays or disabilities. Early intervention services focus on supporting families to learn ways to help their child develop through everyday activities. 

    The Preschool Program provides services for children from 3 to 5 years old who qualify for special education services due to developmental delays. Services provided are based on the unique needs of each child.
