Department Profile

  • Provides onsite custodial services for 20 Million Square Feet of facilities
  • First point of contact for all facility management issues; heat, air conditioning, security fixtures,
    lighting, plumbing, roof leaks, fire alarms test, environmental, etc. 
  • Processes online work orders for routine facilities concerns
