    Sept. 5 – Nov. 15

    PGCPS Teacher and Self (student) Nomination Window: Grades 2 and 4 - 7
    (1st and 3rd graders are test nominated via cognitive ability testing.)
    All test data is good for 2 years.
    First time PGCPS registrants in grades 2, 4, and 5 will be tested – date to be determined.
    Parent and Teacher Nominated students MUST meet a criteria for retesting in grades 5 – 8)

    Sept. 5 – Jan. 15

    TAG Testing and Screening for Private School Students Application is due via U.S. mail  by 5:00 pm

    Jan. 15

    Last date for parents to nominate students for TAG screening.

    Jan. 16

    Deadline for all TAG Testing requests.  No tests will be sent after this date.

    Feb. 7

    Deadline for TAG Coordinators to submit all TAG screening paperwork to TAG Office
    (students nominated by parents, teachers, and universal testing)

    Private School/Homeschool TAG Testing (no walk ins)

    TAG Center Showcase at Kenmoor Middle School, Multi-purpose Room
    2500 Kenmoor Drive, Landover, MD 20785; 6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. (Snow date March 4, 2020)

    Lottery application Deadline - https://specialty.pgcps.org/

    Students must be TAG identified by PGCPS and apply to the lottery by the deadline to be eligible to attend the TAG Center Program.  Placements are made based on home address.  Use Schoolfinder to identify the program boundary school.
