• Thursday, November 15: All afterschool and evening activities are cancelled due to inclement weather. Evening High School is also cancelled. The Prince George’s County Board of Education meeting is rescheduled for November 27 at 7pm.

    Register to Retake Classes Online for Credit

    The  Prince George’s County Public Schools’ new Educational Online Program for our high school students.  The district will offer the program through our new online vendor, Edgenuity.  This program is designed and recommended for students who were unsuccessful in one of the following courses in a previous school year.


    • 9-12


    • Algebra I

    • Geometry

    • Algebra II

    Social Studies

    • Local, State and National Government

    • U.S. History

    • World History


    • Biology

    • Chemistry

    The courses are approved by the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE) and will be utilizing Blended Learning Model (80% online: 20% face-to-face with a school based teacher).  

    Educational Online Program courses will be offered before, during or after school depending on your child’s implementation model.  The school team will also share the days and times for their school based program.

    The following information provides details regarding the PGCPS Educational Online Program:

    Registration Dates:   Thursday February 1st through Thursday, February 8th

    Program Start Date: February 12th

    Program End Date: May 4th

    Fees: $150.00 (payable by Money Order or Cashier’s Check)
