    Our Mission

    The Division of Accountability will provide, manage, and support transparent accountability measures for PGCPS that will lead to students prepared for college and careers.

    Areas of Responsibility

    • Testing, Research and Evaluation
      This office supports students, staff, schools, offices, family, and the community through effective research, evaluation, testing services and leadership in using test results and research findings
    • ESSA & Title I
      ESSA & Title I Department will be recognized for providing supplemental resources to diverse schools that contribute to preparing students for college and career readiness.
    • Monitoring and Accountability
      This office aims to improve student achievement by providing reliable, actionable information and cultivating a culture of data-based decision making to ensure the district monitors and adheres to the BTE Master Plan.
    • Strategic Planning and Resource Management
      This office's mission is to facilitate sound systemic strategy development through disciplined strategic planning; maximize grant funding acquisition through competitive grants development; and foster a culture of grants accountability, compliance, and retention through effective grants management in support of PGCPS’ strategic priorities.
