    Dance Ensemble

    The Dance Ensemble is an extension of the Dance Curriculum at Flowers High School. Dance Ensemble admission is by invitation of the instructor. Students are selected based on their interest in concert dance forms, dance progress, and self discipline and citizenship. The student must have a GPA of 2.0 or better with no letter grades lower than a C average. All Dance Ensemble Members must be currently or previously enrolled in the Dance Education Program at Charles Herbert Flowers High School.

    Drama Club - "Jaguar Players"    

    The Jaguar Players is a group of talented singers, dancers, actors, and stage technicians who enjoy all aspects of theater. This group works together to perform a pre-selected play to present to the faculty, students, and community. This club is an extracurricular activity that students must audition for in order to participate. They rehearse throughout the year to produce a well performed play.

    College Summit Peer Leaders

    The College Summit Peer Leader Club provides opportunities for the peer leaders to continue developing and exercising the leadership skills that they laid the foundation for when they attended the four-day summer workshop. The peer leaders assist their peers with the entire college application process, including researching post-secondary options; financial aid research, including the FAFSA, scholarships and grants. In addition, the peer leaders host workshops in which they provide assistance to their peers in the areas of writing winning personal statements/essays for college admission, resume writing, networking and interviewing skills. The peer leaders contribute college-going information to both the CHFHS television morning show and school newspaper. In addition, the College Summit peer leaders have a Twitter account in which they tweet useful college-going reminders and tips.

    The mission of the La Sociedad Honoraria Hisp√°nica is to recognize students who excel in the study of the Spanish language and to promote the study of the language and its culture. It is a community based organization.

    NAHS was founded on philanthropy and community. We make artwork for charitable purposes, work to do school improvement projects. and gather to share artistic thoughts and ideas. We have created school murals, decorated display cases, and started an art charity auction. Each meeting we share artwork created on our own time to share with the other artists, eat pizza, and converse about other art and artists.

    Scholarship Club

    The Scholarship Club provides the opportunity for students to work on, search and share knowledge of local, state and national scholarships. Students use club meetings as a work space for completing scholarship applications and essays. Students receive help editing and revising their writing, as well as filling out the applications. Students share scholarship opportunities with other members. A website is also available as a resource: . The club is open to all students, juniors and seniors are strongly encouraged to participate.
