• Our theme for the 2012-13 school year is: "HURRAY FOR THE USA!!" We welcome our new students and invite them to share in our Community of Caring. At Yorktown, we celebrate diversity and encourage exploration. Remember that the Yorktown Way is peace and respect.

• Arrival/breakfast reminders:
• Breakfast is available from 7:30-7:50 AM.
• Walking/driving students arriving after 7:45 AM should not plan to eat breakfast.
• Students are late to school after 7:45 AM and should be in their classrooms.
• Only students who ride school buses are served breakfast after 7:45 AM.
• All students arriving after 7:45 AM need to get a late pass from the office.
• In the case of a delayed opening, breakfast is not served.
