RETURNING AND FORMER TPA STUDENTS 

All new students requiring transportation should fill out the 2012-2013 Transportation Agreement form below and return it to Turning Point Academy.

If your information has not changed from last year, no new forms are required! Please click and read the 2012-2013 Transportation Agreement for your information.

To update your address, phone number, or other information, please submit the Transportation Change Request form available below.

If you wish to discontinue service, please fill out the Transportation Withdrawal Form below and return it to Turning Point Academy as soon as possible.

Parents of WITHDRAWN STUDENTS should fill out the 2012-2013 Transportation Withdrawal Form.
