Prince George’s County Public Schools is pleased to announce that the U.S. Department of Education has granted Maryland a waiver from certain requirements of the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) Act.  As a result, Title I schools in Maryland are no longer required to offer the Public School Choice (PSC) Program. Students participating in the PSC program must indicate their intent to remain at their current school, return to their boundary school or request a special transfer by Friday, June 8, 2012.
