Registration Information
Only a parent/court appointed guardian may register a student.
You must have the following documents to complete a registration:
*Birth Certificate
Parents name must be on it.
*Shot/Immunization Record
Must have physician signature/stamp affixed and include Lead Testing
*Proof of Residence:
If documentation is older than 30 days you must also provide 2 utility bills/business mail.
Deed, Settlement Papers, Property Tax Bill, Mortgage Statement, Lease
*Picture ID
Of the Parent/Court Appointed Guardian
*Proof of Income (Pre-K Only)
Pay stubs, W-2, Unemployment Benefit Letter
**Please contact the school if the property is not in your name for additional information.

Please contact the school and allow 24-48 hours to process a withdrawal
packet if you no longer reside in Suitland ES attendance area.
You will receive the required documents needed to complete the
registration process at the new school!
