Transcripts/Verification of Graduation/Duplicate Diplomas
A duplicate diploma may be ordered by accessing and mailing the duplicate diploma order form to the Office of Student Records and Transfers, along with a $25 cashiers check or money order (We do NOT accept personal checks). Please allow 5-7 business days for the reprinting and mailing of the diploma.
Walk-in applications are taken Monday - Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 p.m. Please be sure bring a $25 dollar cashiers check or money order (We do NOT accept personal checks) and a valid photo I.D.
Verification of Graduation
The Office of Student Records and Transfers can issue letters of Verification of Graduation. This letter of verification is accepted by most employers, the government, and the military. Please mail or fax a signed written request to the Office of Student Records and Transfers at (301) 952-6188. There is no charge for this service, and the Verification of Graduation letter can usually be provided within 5 - 7 business days.
Please include your full name, maiden name if applicable, the school and year in which you graduated, date of birth and a contact number.
