Strategic Resource Planning

The Department of Strategic Resource Planning (SRP) provides Strategic Planning and Grant-Seeking support to enable student achievement and success. We work with district staff and partners to:

  • Support development and implementation of the district’s Strategic Plan
  • Produce the Annual Bridge to Excellence Master Plan Update
  • Find and obtain strategic grant funding resources 

How We Serve Our Customers

Board of Education & Executive Leadership

  • Provide functional support in formulation of system priorities
  • Facilitate PGCPS Bridge to Excellence Master Plan Development
  • Develop the Strategic Planning Framework & Plan

PGCPS District Staff

  • Serve as internal consultants in the conceptualization and development of key strategies
  • Partner in grant-seeking and competitive proposal development

School Administrators and Teachers

  • Enable key initiatives and education programs via grant-seeking support
  • Assist in building data literacy to inform instructional practice and student achievement strategies

External Partners

  • Build strategic relationships through competitive grant partnership support
  • Facilitate assessment of strategic partnership alignment with systemic goals
