This office oversees the Partners for Success Parent Center, Professional Development and Referrals from Private, Religious, and Home Schooled Students.  In addition, partnership with the Maryland State Department of Education regarding Special Needs students is established through participation on various committees that research current topics and trends resulting in the development of policies and procedures for the subgroup.
