Please remember that according to board regulations, volunteers must be fingerprinted before working with children.

Encourage your child to walk along the main roads and to obey the directions of the crossing guards. Students should not walk through park areas as a means of a short-cut as adult supervision is not available.

All visitors must sign in at the main office and wear a visitors' badge. Parents violating this request will be ask to report to the office or leave the building.

Friendly Reminders
  • Students eating breakfast should report to school by 7:30 a.m. Students arriving before 7:45 a.m. will be allowed to eat breakfast.
  • Students reporting to school after 7:45 a.m. will be considered and marked tardy.
  • Students are encouraged to wear the school uniform daily.
  • Request and pick-up for early dismissal must occur before 1:30 p.m. Changes for students' dismissal must be submitted in writing to the classroom teacher. Telephone requests for dismissal changes will not be honored unless it is an emergency. Emergencies will be determined by an administrator.
  • All parent correspondences and student information will be sent home on Thursdays via the red "Home Communication Folder." Exceptions may be made in the event other important information may need to be given to parents.
  • Parents are encouraged to get involved in their child's education by volunteering at school. Persons interested in volunteering must be finger printed or complete a commercial background check. Interested persons are welcome to visit our PTA room (office located outside of the nurse's suite) for more information or to sign up to help.
  • Remember to hug your child each day and let them know you love them!
