STUDENT LOGIN HELP/PARENT LOGIN HELP
Here is what students or parents must do to login to SchoolMax:
1. Students should change their passwords on a school computer using the last 4 digits of their student ID number. The new password should be 8 characters total (7 letters and 1 number). DO NOT re-use the old password (last 4 digits of ID number), otherwise you will not be able to login to the computers. It is now the responsibility of the student to remember his/her password. Once the computer has confirmed that the student's password has been change, he/she should at that time be able to login to SchoolMax because the computer system and the SchoolMax system synchronize. Again, students MUST change their password from the school system.
2. If a student has done this but has forgotten his/her password, parents or student should send an email to Ms. Donna Jackson at Donna.Jackson@pgcps.org and type "Student Password Help" in the subject line of your email. She will need to know the student's full name, grade level, and student ID number.
