Measuring High Performing Workforce in Prince George’s County Public Schools

The purpose of this study is to identify appropriate metrics to measure a ‘high performing workforce’ and to conduct a trend analysis using these metrics.  To do this we will examine how research suggests measuring ‘high performing workforce’, and determine the extent to which the current employee evaluation system meaningfully captures employee performance.
