It includes assistance to: Provisional Teachers by helping them to fulfill their evaluations for certification, coursework, and PRAXIS examinations Support Personnel Para Professionals by helping them to meet the No Child Left Behind (NCLB) “Highly Qualified” requirements Title I teachers by helping them to meet the NCLB “Highly Qualified” requirements Teachers requiring coursework for certificate and renewal requirements Employees needing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) classes Personnel in Professional Development Schools Teachers seeking National Board Certification.
