- Provides onsite custodial services for 20 Million Square Feet of facilities
- First point of contact for all facility management issues; heat, air conditioning, security fixtures,
lighting, plumbing, roof leaks, fire alarms test, environmental, etc.
- Processes online work orders for routine facilities concerns
