Overview:
The Parkdale High School Marching Band provides students with an opportunity to learn how to play, read, and perform music. These students put together shows that delight and entertain audiences at events such as football games; marching on the field at halftime and playing in the stands throughout the game. The band blends both old and new songs to make a creative mix that pleases all audience types. The Panthers can play almost any song style. The marching band also puts in appearances at showcases and parades, where they usually steal the show.
Schedule: Monday ,Tuesdays, Thursday, and Friday 2:45pm to 4:30 pm
Band Fees: Each Student's band fee for the school year is $50.00 for item #1. If you are a new band member or you do not have items #2 and/or #3 your fee will be an additional $15.00 for item # 2 and $125.00 for item #3 for a possible total of $190.00. Band fees are paid annually, items number #2 and #3 are normally a one time purchase.
