Prince George's County Public Schools is conducting its Federal Impact Aid survey for the 2009-2010 school year. A survey form is being sent home by each student. 

Parents and guardians are asked to complete the survey and return it to their child’s school by November 24, 2009, particularly if you are in active duty with the uniformed services, employed on federal property, reside in federal or public housing or are a foreign government military officer.   It is essential that as many forms as possible be completed and returned to the schools; these forms will be used to  help determine the amount of funding available to Prince George’s County Public Schools under the Federal Impact Aid program. 

We are asking that every student return the form so that we can have 100% participation.  The more forms returned, the greater the amount of funds available to our schools.  If you do not receive the pre-filled form, a blank copy of the form can be downloaded below.
