Paraprofessional Development

The Office of Organizational Development is committed to the growth and educational advancement of PGCPS paraprofessional staff.  Our programs are aimed at enhancing your skills as paraprofessionals to help you better support our teachers and children.  Through workshops, classes and trainings we offer fundamental information to enrich each paraprofessional’s knowledge, and guide their occupational approach. Paraprofessionals are encouraged to reinforce learning strategies which will maintain a progressive instructional environment.  For questions regarding any of our programs or your development as a paraprofessional please contact George Rollins at 301-627-7289 or George.Rollins@pgcps.org.
