Non-instructional Staff Development Opportunities

The Office of Organizational Development is committed to being a strategic partner in the development of our staff, building high performing teams, improving performance and building organizational capability.  Our purpose is to provide a full suite of development opportunities for our non-instructional staff.  In fulfilling our purpose, our goal is to provide at least 32 hours of training programs for non-instructional staff.  Our courses are designed to integrate the core values of Prince George's County Public Schools (PGCPS) and to support goals 3, 4 and 6 of the Master Plan through training and development programs.  Therefore, we have developed an extensive list of value-added training and development programs that we believe will contribute to the overall success of staff.
