    Combined Annual Open Enrollment for Health Benefits and Flexible Spending Accounts is now CLOSED. All changes made during the open enrollment period are effective January 1, 2018.

     As a reminder, Aon Hewitt will be performing ongoing dependent eligibility verification services for all new dependents entering PGCPS' benefits plans.  Dependents who were verified during the last dependent verification audit will not be re-verified at this time.

    Updating/changing Beneficiaries to the Board sponsored life insurance can be made using Oracle Self Service at any time.  

    Updating/changing Beneficiaries with the Maryland State Retirement and Pension System can be made using the Designation of Beneficiary Form (Form 4) at any time.  Information is available here
