Student Registration Procedure

• Meet with school guidance counselor to discuss enrolling in an online class
• Determine if student has the characterictics of a successful online learner by going to the Maryland Virtual Learning Opportunity website http://mdk12online.org and clicking on Student link
• Review Maryland Virtual School course catalog: http://mdk12online.org 
• Download and complete the following forms and return to school guidance counselor:
  • Student Enrollment Request Form for Online Course
  • Student Participant Agreement
  • MVLO Academic Integrity and Ethics Agreement
    NOTE: Parent/Guardian signatures required on all forms regardless of age
• Enrollment request will be reviewed. If approved, guidance counselor or mentor will assist student in registering on-line for approved course
• After registration has been processed, student and mentor will receive couse URL, log-on and password.

Registration will not be processed for PGCPS students
unless the procedure outlined above is completed.
