BANNER

Greetings Oakcrest Families and Community Members....

Through a continuous attitude of high expectations for all students, our instructional focus will be to teach the curriculum in all core content areas using appropriate teaching and learning strategies in order to promote academic gains on a quarterly basis in all grade levels.  Student discipline and attendance will be addressed and monitored through the PBIS program. Positive home and community partnerships will continue to be an integral part in propelling our students to academic success.  With everyone working as a TEAM, we will provide a high quality education for every student in a safe and nurturing atmosphere that exemplifies excellence in teaching and learning.

 PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE

Let me begin thanking all parents who attended our back to school night on Thursday, September 1, 2011.  It was wonderful getting to meet you and I know that you learned valuable information about the school and our academic goals and expectations for your children.  We look forward to your on-going support throughout the school year!
