Science Fair  

Tuesday February 7th, 2012 

10 a.m. in the media center 

 

   All students from grades 6, 7, 8 are required to submit a project individually or in pairs.  Some students have opted to complete the project by using PowerPoint presentations, which they constructed using the new MacBooks or iPads.  Select projects will be available to judges.  Winning projects will be sent to the county fair.  One of our new Science Teachers, Mr. Justin Leonard, has secured a wide-range of community partners to assist as judges.  Representative agency judges are coming from the University of Maryland, Goddard Space Flight Center, US Department of Agriculture, Department of Nutrition and Applied Science, Institute for Applied Science and Bovine Functional Genomic Lab.
