June 13, 2009 (Registration and Orientation Day). Students will need to bring completed paperwork package to include the parental permission form, medication form (if applicable) and a current MSDE Sports Physical.  Payment must accompany the paperwork in the form of MONEY ORDER- made payable to PGCPS Accounts Payable Office.  (Current MSDE Physicals for SY 08/09 are acceptable.)  **Do not bring cash or checks**
