How We Operate

 We aim to achieve our mission by:

  • Operating with integrity, excellence and professionalism and providing quality service that is effective, efficient and accountable to all stakeholders;
  • Increasing and maximizing efforts to recover Medicaid funds in order to  expand and enhance services provided to the school system's students with special needs;
  • Continuously improving and implementing best business practices that will assist us in meeting regulatory compliance in accessing Medicaid reimbursement funds;
  • Increasing students' access to comprehensive health services through the school system's school-based Medicaid reimbursement program;
  • Increasing collaboration among schools, families, and state agencies, where each partner has a defined role and demonstrates commitment and accountability to the students with special needs of Prince George's County.
