Register to Access the SchoolMax Family Portal  All accounts must be set up by parents using their email address. All accounts set up using the older method have been deleted. Accounts must be set up on the computer before accessing with the Mobile App. You will need the following information to set up the account: Student ID Number (on report cards), Student's date of birth, Student's primary address, and a parent email address.  You should be able to see all of your children currently enrolled in PGCPS with one login.  If you are not able to view all children once your account is set up, please email Cheryl Swartz, Guidance Secretary.
