The Prince George’s County School System will open the School Information System (SIS) Family Portal during the fourth quarter,  which begins on April 20.  The Family Portal is the on-line program that allows parents to view important school system data about their child.  The data includes:  student profile, schedule, attendance, gradebook, discipline and progress report.  Every parent will be given a personal password to access this portal.  Three special meetings have been scheduled at Marlton to introduce parents to the Family Portal. Passwords will be distributed at the meeting.

Parents can attend any meeting.  It is our hope that the parents of students in the Marlton Before & After Care Program will attend the Tuesday, March 24 session.  Due to the privacy of the password, parents must pick up their password at school and sign for it.  If you cannot attend any of the three sessions, the passwords will be stored in the office and you can pick up and sign for the password any time after March 27.  (The school office is open from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm). This is an exciting opportunity for parents and we encourage every parent to attend a meeting to learn how to access the portal and receive their personal password.
