The Rose Court and The Gentlemen's Association have returned to Kettering Middle School.

The Rose Court is an organization designed to help our young female scholars learn and practice what it takes to be a successful and respectable lady.  The Gentlemen’s Association is a similar organization for our young male scholars.  Both organizations require student application and parental participation. Students need to maintain at least a 2.7 GPA, maintain good behavior inside and outside of the school, and participate in all meetings. Some meetings will be during the day and some will be after school.

The Rose Court and The Gentlemen's Association have many benefits that include:

College Preparation Activities

College Visits

Leadership Training

Social / High Society Training

Goal Planning and Initiative Training

Cotillion (for young ladies) or Beautillion (for young men) at the end of the school year

(The Cotillion and Beautillion both have financial requirements that will have to be covered by either fundraising or by the students’ parents.)

If you are interested in your child applying for these organizations, please contact the Principal and attend an interest meeting with your child.

Congratulations to our Patriots Team winning 2nd Place!

Patriots winners

The project is extensive and a lot of hard work and time has to be done in order for each team to meet the LEGO challenge. The challenge theme for this year was "Senior Solutions". Nine teams were equipped to do an oral presentation before a panel of professional judges, tweak their robot and then it was time for the challenge. 1 2 3- and they were off for the challenge.
