Registering For Courses in ERO
To register for a course, you must use ERO.
Full Time Permanant PGCPS Employees
Watch the video or follow the directions below.
To activate your Electronic Registrar Online (ERO) profile and get your PIN
1. Go to http://ero.eschoolsolutions.com
2. Use the Organization ID 20772
3. Click the Don't have a PIN? link.
4. Enter your EIN in the User ID field
5. Create a PIN. It must be at least 4 numbers long.
5. Re-enter the PIN.
6. Click Submit.
To register for classes online
1. Go to http://ero.eschoolsolutions.com
2. Use the Organization ID 20772
3. Enter your User ID and PIN
4. Once you log in, click the Course Catalog tab at the top.
5. In the third field, Course Code or Title, type the name of the class you want.
6. Click Submit.
7. Click the link for the training class you want.
8. Find the class time and date you want, then click the date link.
9. Verify the time, date, and location, then click Register to the left of the class information
10. Select the correct credit type. If you do not know what credit type to select, choose Professional Development - No Credit.
What if I have trouble logging in?
If you receive an error during either set of intructions, you may already have a PIN number assigned to you. In this case, click the Forgot your PIN? link and enter your EIN in the User ID field. This will send an email to you that contains your PIN number. If nothing else works, please contact the Help Desk at helpdesk@pgcps.org or 301-386-1608.

Part Time or Non-PGCPS Employees
Part time and contract employees only have limited access to the course calendar. They must also use a different procedure to create a PIN:
1. Go to http://ero.eschoolsolutions.com
2. Use the Organization ID 20772
3. Click the "Browse the Public Catalogue" link.
4. Accept Terms and Conditions of the site.
5. Click the Course Catalog tab at the top.
3. In the third field, Course Code or Title, type the name of the class you want.
4. Click Submit.
5. Click the link for the training class you want.
6. Find the class time and date you want, then click the date link.
7. Verify the time, date, and location, then click "Register" to the left of the class information.
8. You will be prompted to create a login.
