The Employee and Labor Relations Team will assist the Chief of Human Resources and Director of Human Resources in resolving all employment concerns. The team will aid in all Negotiated Agreement interpretations and process grievances by employees from bargaining units PGCEA, ASASP, ACE-AFSCME and SEIU. The office will also handle and resolve ADA issues, EEOC cases, work with the Benefits Administration Team on Workers’ Compensation issues, help principals with evaluation concerns, and process end-of-year employment actions resulting from employee evaluations.

- Outstanding Support Employee Award Committee chair
- Representative to the Maryland Negotiations Service.
