Once the courses are completed, please bring a copy of the certificate of completion to the main office.

*If you already completed the fingerprint process and received your receipt, you still must take the online Safety Training program.

Per ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE 4215 - VOLUNTEERS MUST:

*********************************************************************************************************************************************

As you know, the safety of our students is our top priority.  We certainly enjoying having you volunteer in our classroom and join us on our exciting field trips.  Due to a recent change in administrative procedures within the county, any adult that would like to volunteer MUST go get a fingerprint clearance at the Sasscer Administration Building.  You must bring the yellow sheet back to the main office at least 14 days prior to the field trip.

There is a fee for the fingerprint clearance, but if your child receives free or reduced lunch, this fee can be waived. In order for the fee to be waived you must take the letter that was mailed in a blue envelope with you when you go to the fingerprint office. If you have misplaced the letter you may obtain a new one at the Food & Nutrition Office Building. We have listed the prices, addresses, and telephone number for your convenience.  There is no appointment necessary.  You must take a government issued ID with you.
