Dear Parents, 

I am glad to have been given the opportunity to work with the parents and students at High Bridge Elementary School where great things are happening. I look forward to the success of your child as he/she is challenged to reach full academic potential to maximize achievement. 

Although I am new to High Bridge, I am not new to the Prince George’s County School System. I know that parents play a very important role in the education of their child, and without your support, academic achievement would not be possible. 

Parent support comes in many different ways, and it is greatly appreciated: 

• Making sure that your child attends school everyday 
• Making sure your child is on time 
• Making sure your child has needed supplies 
• Making sure homework is completed and returned to school 
• Attending scheduled conferences 
• Attending PTA meetings 
• Chaperoning Field Trips 

Parents want what is best for their child, and the staff at High Bridge Elementary is committed to giving their best. I am proud to be a part of a staff that has made a great commitment to education. I look forward to meeting and working with you and your child.
