Duties:  Responsible for the planning, directing, and administering of the Head Start Program.  Directly supervises the work of all Head Start personnel.  Organizes and monitors program operations, functions, activities, services, and staff.  Responsible for program planning, program development, program management, self-evaluation, and ongoing community relations.

Duties: Manages the day-to-day fiscal operations and works with the Program Supervisor to ensure fiscal controls and accountability within the Head Start Program. Prepares regular financial reports for the Policy Council, PGCPS Board of Education, and Federal grantor.

Duties: Responsible for the coordination of the mental health/health components of the Head Start Program and integrates departmental services with all of the other program components.  Duties include program planning and development, personnel management and services, administrative functions, procuring and allocating resources, community/public relations, interacting and articulating within the school system, and evaluating program and personnel. Duties also include frequent contact with organizations to access and address the needs of the families

Duties: Responsible for the overall management and supervision of the Parent Involvement component of the Head Start Program: training for parents and the Policy Council; coordinating volunteers; conducting regular parent meetings; integrating departmental services with all of the other program components as relevant to parent needs; and encouraging parent involvement program-wide.
