Dear Students and Parents or Guardians,
The deadline to submit Course Selection/Request Forms has passed. As indicated on the forms, our counselors would select courses on the behalf of the student if either (1) their form was not received or (2) their form did not indicate the correct number of courses. The courses that were assigned to students for the 2012 – 2013 school year are now available for review in the SchoolMAX Family Portal. If you would like to make changes to the courses that have been selected, you must do so using the Request to change courses for the 2012 - 2013 Schedule located online. To access the form the Gwynn Park High student must be logged into his/her PGCPS email account. Requests for changes will not be processed otherwise. As changes are made they can be viewed in the SchoolMAX Family Portal. The deadline to submit requests for changes is Friday, May 18, 2012. All approved changes will be made by June 1, 2012.
If a Gwynn Park High student needs his/her login information he/she should visit the Library Media Center before school or during his/her lunch and speak to Ms. Carmichael. Please send a separate email to steven.curry@pgcps.org if you have any questions.
