 Read for the Record Day on October 6, 2011 - On October 6th, our PreK and Kindergarten students participated in Jumpstart's Read for the Record Day celebration! We joined millions of people across America by reading Llama, Llama Red Pajama by Anna Dewdney. We "sat down to read and stood up for children" as across America we called for quality early education for all chilldren. Our students received a copy of the book for their classroom libraries! They also had a special visit from our very own Dr. McCoy, who read the book to our students.
