  News and Updates 

Glenridge Elementary School wishes all students, families, staff, and the community a safe and enjoyable summer!

Summer Work Hours - The four-day workweek (10 hours per day) will begin at all schools and administrative offices on June 22 and end the week of August 7, 2015. During this time, Fridays will be a non-duty day for all employees, and core business hours will be 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Summer Reading Collage

Affordable Internet -  Comcast offers a low-cost Internet program called Internet Essentials.  If a student qualifies for the National School Lunch Program (NSLP) and lives in the Comcast service are, they may be eligible for $9.95 broadband Internet service. Qualifying students may also be eligible for a refurbished computer for $149.99 and digital literacy training.

To qualify for the program, families:

  • Must live where Comcast offers Internet service
  • Have at least one child eligible to participate in the National School Lunch Program
  • Have not subscribed to Comcast Internet service within the last 90 days
  • Does not have outstanding Comcast debt that is under one year old
