Program Description/Descripción del Programa

The ESOL Program provides the English language instruction and cultural support required of local educational agencies for English language learners, grades Kindergarten through 12.  Students who, through language proficiency testing, are determined to be in sufficient need, are assigned to schools with ESOL instructional programs.  The students receive direct ESOL instruction from trained ESOL teachers in classes that meet on a regularly scheduled basis.
