The Prince George’s County Public Schools Human Resources Employee Support Center (HRESC) is a new centralized single point of contact and resource for employees, retirees, former employees and stakeholders who have inquiries regarding their employment needs or need assistance with accessing employment related information.
The core commitment by all team members in the HRESC is to view everything through the eyes of the employee and guests, and using that perspective to provide truly distinctive and exemplary customer-focused service that is respectful, responsive and reliable.
How can employees access the services?
There are three ways to reach the HRESC:
- Call 301.780.2191 Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
- Visit the HRESC Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. at 14201 School Lane, Upper Marlboro Maryland, Room 124.

When contacting the HRESC, a representative will provide prompt and personal attention to your inquiry or concern. Most inquiries can be answered immediately--however, if an inquiry requires further investigation a representative will work with other HR staff members to obtain a timely and accurate response within 48 hours.
To further support employees who do not have access to a computer or need assistance accessing benefits and employee information online--the center is equipped with computers and trained staff to help facilitate assistance with Online New Employee Orientation (O-NEO), Oracle Employee Self-Service, Benefits Enrollment, Direct Deposit, iRecruitment, ERO, Google Docs, Moodle, Aesop, Maryland Educator Information System (EIS), etc..
