Registration Process

Required Documents at Time of Registration
|
- Proof of Residency (Must be Deed, Lease, Settlement papers, Rental Agreement, or Most Current Property Tax Bill) and a current bill (electric bill, telephone bill, or cable bill)
- Notarized statement if you are living with someone, and proof of the person's residency as stated above
- Student's Transcripts (will be in withdrawal records from previous school)
- Student's Birth Certificate
- Student's Immunization Record
- Parent/Guardian Picture ID

Withdrawal Process

The person who registered the student must be the one to withdraw him/her from school!
|

A withdrawal packet will be given. The following student documents are included in the packet
- Copy of transcripts (grades, schools attended, test scores)
- Copy of Immunization Record
- Copy of Birth Certificate
- Copy of IEP, if applicable
- Copy of 504 plan, if applicable
