Grants Management    

The Enterprise Program Management Office provides grants management services to PGCPS departments to increase operational efficiency and accountability. Through grant monitoring and oversight, the Enterprise Program Management Office helps the system build capacity and ensures program compliance. This is accomplished through the following activities:   

• Post-award implementation orientation   
• Compliance workshops   
• Grants Management (includes monitoring and oversight,  on-site visits, phone/email communications and desk review)   
• Required reporting (performance, time & effort and amendments)
