It's that time again...ALLERGY SEASON...

To prevent flare ups from your allergies you should do the following:

If you take allergy medications, TAKE THEM...Don't wait until your symptoms get really bad.  When you enter the school from the car or bus, you should reduce the amount of pollen exposure by doing the following:

1. Wash your hands.  Wipe down your face, hair and clothing with a cold paper towel.
2. Blow your nose.
3. Drink water.
4. Repeat these steps whenever you go outside and come back indoors. 

If you need paper towels, please feel free to stop by the Health Suite but remember…this is not an excuse to be late for class.
