Mock Trial is an activity designed to have high school students experience the judicial process of the U.S. legal system.  Activity participants learn how to sharpen their ability to create and support logical arguments all in the framework of a judicial trial.  The mock trial team includes students from all grades 9th through 12th.  Students are given a set of case materials which they study and prepare to use as they portray the roles of attorneys and witnesses in a civil or criminal trial.
