In response to the No Child Left Behind Act the State of Maryland has created various assessments as part of evaluating the success and progress within our Maryland Schools. Schools are expected to meet Adequate Yearly Progress (AYP) as a part of this process. High school students are expected to pass several tests in different content areas to provide an overall evaluation of their academic progress. Each year data is compiled after tests are completed and each school is given a Maryland Report Card. You may view Frederick Douglass High School's MD Report Card information online at mdreportcard.org or by printing the pdf document provided. If you have any questions regarding the data presented feel free to contact our main office and you will be directed to the appropriate person.
