For PGCPS Employees:
Password resets may only be done inside the PGCPS network.
How to reset:
Method 1 (Windows Users ONLY):
1. Log onto any Windows computer connected to the PGCPS domain.
2. Press Ctrl-Alt-Del.
3. Click the option to Change password.
4. Enter your old password and then your new password (twice).
5. Click OK. If you get an error, that means you did not follow the password rules specified below. Please try a different password.
Method 2 (Windows & MAC Users):
1. Go to https://idm.pgcps.org.
2. Log in using your current logon and password.
3. Select My Account and Change Password.
4. Enter your old password and then your new password (twice).
NOTE: If this is your first time using IDM you will be prompted to register.
Otherwise, call the help desk at 301-386-1549.
