• Gather internal and external data on trends and issues
• Coordinate data collection from departments and divisions within the school system

Reporting

• Report internal and external findings to Superintendent and Board of Education Provide formal reporting to external agencies upon request of the Superintendent
  

• Provide constituents with the policies and procedures that govern a concern
• Explain school system processes to help constituents navigate the school system
• Provide workshops and presentations to parents and community

• Provide assistance to school system departments and divisions as requested
