Her genuine personality and professional commitment to children has gained her ultimate respect from the staff, students, parents and the community.  Ms. Parks is a true asset to our Rose Valley Team and we are delighted to help her celebrate this honor.”

Why I Love Teaching:
"I love teaching because of the looks that come across the faces of my students during those 'ah-ha' moments when I know they've 'got it' and I'm the one that helped them get there. As a teacher, I inspire students to seek knowledge and to consistently broaden their horizons. I love helping to positively change the lives of my students.  Mahatma Gandhi said we should 'be the change you wish to see in the world.' Teaching is my way of both becoming and inspiring that change."
