Future Plans: Joshua has been accepted to University of Maryland College Park, Temple University, Howard University, Seton Hall University and Hood College. He plans to major in biochemistry and molecular biology.

Interesting Notes: Joshua has more than 200 community service hours. He volunteers at "Feed the Homeless" ministry. He has participated in the summer programs at Walter Reed Research Institute, Army Research Laboratory and Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences. He has also participated in the NASA INSPIRE Summer Collegiate Experience in Puerto Rico. He has received numerous awards including the National Society of Black Engineers Award,  Maryland Incentive Award, Frederick Douglass Award and the  Susan B. Anthony Award.
