The Howard B. Owens Science Center will host a free Family Science Night for parents, students and community members.
Science doesn’t happen only in a laboratory. It’s all around us, even outdoors. Visitors to the Science Center will find exciting activities related to our outdoor world, from the ground to the sky. Explore the lives of plants, animals, Earth, Mars and stars! Bring your family and friends to enjoy a variety of hands-on science investigations and demonstrations.
Includes night sky planetarium programs, hands-on activities and simulated flights to Mars. (Free tickets required for some events; available at the door on a first-come, first served basis.) All events will be indoors in the event of inclement weather.
